Happy Halloween!

We sat on the porch to carve our pumpkins this year. It was 75 degrees the evening before Halloween! The weather was amazing, so we were out enjoying it! Right around dusk, a cold front blew in suddenly. We had leaves blowing everywhere, it was like a giant LEAF STORM! So much fun! Chelsea didn't like it too much though!

Halloween gets more and more complicated each year. Logan finally has the hang of it, and was anticipating trick-or-treating all week! He knew exactly how to do it,
1. knock
2. wait
3. "trick-or-treat"
4. candy
5. run to next house for more!
One thing we still need to perfect though is his trick-or-treat ettiquette. First, at each house he nonchallantly uttered, "trick-or-treat", then after the door was opened, he would loudly ask "can I come in?" He thinks since all of his grandparents and our elderly neighbors let him in the house that he should be able to go into everyone's house!

I wish I could say Chelsea had as much fun as Logan this year, but she is still trying to recover from this weekends' time change. Her normal bed time is at 7pm, so now, at 6pm she thinks it's time for bed and cries until she gets some chi chi and falls asleep! She was pretty darn cute though dressed up like a little sunflower! Thanks for the cute costume Grandma Barb!
